FOLF is currently prioritizing:
Funding
- LOPR began public outreach to help it determine which of seven projects to submit for Metro Local Share funding later this year. Two of the options are Luscher projects:
- #1. Luscher Farm Access Improvements & Parking (This project is FOLF’s priority. A new safe access & additional parking must happen before other projects.)
- #2. Luscher Farm Community Garden Expansion

- Please encourage PNA neighbors to complete the online survey (and rank the Luscher projects highly!)
Land Use
- Clackamas Co is drafting amendments to its Comprehensive Plan that would allow adoption of a local park master plan in Natural Area Zoning Districts. If the amendments are approved, LOPR will submit an application asking the County to adopt the Luscher Area Master Plan and, ultimately, to allow LAMP recommended uses to be permitted. (It’s very early days on this, and it’s not a slam dunk, but we’re optimistic.)
