  • 2nd Community Meeting 11/10 6-8 (Zoom)
  • Design @ 50% DD (Design Development)
  • Land Use Review application not scheduled yet

Golf Course

  • Additional TAC (technical advisory committee) meetings this Fall
  • Additional public meetings this Fall
  • Design in DD, on hold pending budget/scope reconciliation
  • Land Use Review app. tentatively set in November
  • Separate tree removal permit will be submitted

Rassekh Park

  • Recent CC working session 10/19, issues raised:
    • Skate park amenity
    • Wildlife corridor vs drive/parking conflict
    • Educational component
    • Atherton Dr. access
    • Covered picnic area 
    • Play area/structure
    • General scale of neighborhood/play/picnic amenities
    • Collaboration between LO Parks & Rec and LOSD to enable public use of LOSD sports fields
    • Roundabout congestion

  • Planning Comm. public hearing 11/8 – proposed Comprehensive Plan Map/Zoning Map amendment to bring site into Urban Services Boundary.
