Introducing Buster, a husky mix with the soul of a wild adventurer and the sass of a true character! Rescued from 2nd Chance Inc. in California, Buster looks like he trotted straight out of Call of the Wild. At 8 years young as of the New Year, heās as sharp as he is handsome, with a knack for treat puzzles and a love for keeping his humans on their toes.
When Buster first arrived, his ācreative renovationsā included chewing rugs and crafting a custom hole in the office drywall. Fetch? Forget it. Toss him a ball, and heāll hit you with a withering āWhy would you do that?ā stare. But in the warmer months, this athletic pooch trades his couch-potato vibe for zooming alongside a bicycleāleash-freeāfor two to three miles.
At home, Buster is a true dining connoisseur. He doesnāt beg; he demands, complete with a theatrical yowl, wondering why on earth heās not at the table with the rest of the pack.
The dog park, however, is where Busterās social butterfly wings really spread. He either finds a four-legged wrestling buddy or sidles up to seated strangers, executes a flawless reverse sit, and plants himself on their feet until they succumb to his charm and start petting him.
Busterās blend of wilderness spirit and quirky charisma makes him a true Palisades treasure. Hereās to more adventures (and fewer drywall repairs) in 2025!
