Be Green. Save Money. Support Great Causes.
Palisades Language School and the Lake Oswego Sustainability Network are excited to invite you to Lake Oswego’s first annual Kids Clothing & Gear Swap — a fun, community-wide event designed to make sustainability simple (and family-friendly)!
This is your chance to reuse, recycle, and refresh your kids’ wardrobes — all while supporting local initiatives that care for our planet.
👕 How It Works
Bring your gently used kids’ clothing, toys, books, and gear — or simply come to shop! You don’t need to donate items to participate.
- $25 to fill a bag of clothing
- Give-as-you-wish donation for individual items
All proceeds help cover event costs and fund sustainability-focused community projects.
🌈 What You Can Donate
Start gathering gently used items your kids have outgrown!
We’re accepting:
- Kids’ clothing & costumes (sizes newborn–14)
- Children’s books
- Strollers & baby gear (no cribs or car seats)
- Toys & games (no stuffed animals)
- Shoes
- Sports equipment (no bikes)
🧺 Please make sure items are clean, in good condition, sorted by size and gender, and have all parts securely attached.
📦 Donation Drop-Off Locations
You can drop off donations October 6 – November 7, Monday to Friday during school hours, at:
- Palisades
- Westridge
- Oak Creek
- Hallinan
- Lake Oswego High School
