Join the City and the Lake Oswego Veterans Memorial for a Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Foothills Park, held in front of the Veterans Memorial Wall. This annual gathering honors the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

The ceremony will feature keynote speaker Colonel Mary Mayer, who will share reflections on the history and significance of Memorial Day. The program will be emceed by Officer Bryan Sheldon and include the Presentation of Colors by the Lake Oswego Honor Guard, the National Anthem performed by the Lake Oswego High School Choirs, and a flyover by the West Coast Ravens at 11:11 a.m.
Guests will also enjoy patriotic musical performances by Maeve Stier, followed by a traditional 21-gun salute and the playing of Taps performed by Dr. Steven Blakley.
