Several Palisades neighbors are helping the community plan for emergencies including hosting information booths at two recent Lake Oswego events.
These neighbors are part of the city’s Community Health and Resiliency Advisory Board, or CHRAB. CHRAB hosted booths at the Lake Oswego Wellness Fair in August and the Emergency Preparedness Fair in September to share information about the city’s 4 From Your Door campaign.

table at the Lake Oswego Wellness Fair was staffed by multiple Palisades neighbors.
Lake Oswego’s 4 From Your Door campaign was developed by CHRAB. It provides residents with an easy way to create a list of neighborhood emergency contacts by using a door hanger provided by the city. The more Lake Oswego residents who have each other’s contact information and can check in with each other during emergencies, the safer and more connected our community will be.
Stay tuned for more information about 4 From Your Door during the Palisades Neighborhood Association board meeting in November.
