Effective September 24, 2024, parking at Bethlehem Christian Pre-School is no longer available for skatepark visitors. With the start of the school year the school needs to prioritize the safety of families during drop-off, pick-up, and other preschool activities. Remember the parking enforcement measures, including towing, may be enforced.
In mid-October the parking lot at Rassekh Park is nearing completion, and it is expect it to be ready for public use. Once finished, the new driveway and parking lot, accessed from Atherton Drive, will provide on-site parking spaces with close access to the skatepark.
The new restroom building was installed on September 6, with the support of our dedicated crew and the use of a crane. In the coming weeks, utility connections, including electricity and plumbing, will be finalized. The City is anticipating the restrooms will be ready for use by mid-October. The building will include four private, gender-neutral restrooms, with two fully ADA-accessible units. These facilities will be available during regular park hours.
