Lake Oswego, with Portland’s support, plans to replace the Tryon Creek wastewater treatment plant with a new facility.
The new project will be designed to improve water quality and withstand seismic and flood events.
Sewer rates will fund the new system. That means a rate increase is needed to cover the cost.
